1. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

2. Returns & Exchanges

To remain consistent with our mission of reducing waste, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. All sales are final.

3. Incorrect Items or Incomplete Shipments

If your order arrives incorrect or incomplete, you must contact us within 5 business days of receipt of your shipment at customercare@earthandwillow.com. Please include your order number and details of the issue. Claims submitted after this time frame will not be accepted.

4. Responsibility in Transit

Once packages leave our facility, they are the responsibility of the carrier. Earth & Willow is not liable for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim in those cases.

5. Final Sale Items

All products sold through Earth & Willow are final sale. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges except in the case of incorrect items or incomplete shipments as outlined above.
